In what may be the finest hour to date of his two presidencies, Donald Trump has pledged to counter the dire threat to civilization inherent in history’s greatest crime against humanity: the persecution of over 380 million Christians worldwide.
The overwhelming majority of the acts of heavy persecution to which those followers of Jesus are subjected occur at the hands of adherents to Islam’s totalitarian sharia code.
In two recent Truth Social posts, Mr. Trump focused on one of the most egregious and ongoing examples of a place where such barbarity is allowed to occur with impunity: Africa’s Nigeria.
To his credit, President Trump has committed to hold accountable and punish the Nigerian government – which has long tolerated, and even aided and abetted, such persecution – including by U.S. military attacks on the perpetrators.
Praise God!

Careful what you promise. Trump has denied troops on the ground in Ukraine, what makes us think he will commit troops to Nigeria? If they call his bluff, he will be in a difficult place. It does not seem likely that he will send troops to Nigeria, so what is his recourse? I believe he should withhold funding to them. That is really the only practical promise he can make. Does anyone think he would really commit troops to Nigeria? I know what is happening is terrible, but these missionaries are working for Christ to spread his love and his word. He never said it would be easy. The point is that not all places in the world are dedicated to liberty and freedom like the US is supposed to be. So, yes, there will be plenty of persecution, imprisonment, and death for His missionaries. No, it is not right or fair. I know it is all God's will, but the only thing that is uncertain is what Trump will do. God will use his will for His purposes, whether we can see his logic or not.
As always, Islamic Extremist's Methods "Resemble" Hitler's Nazi Approach to exterminating the Jews. *Possibly a 'chicken or the egg' question exists here.
